NRA CCW 2-Day Concealed Carry Class

This is an intermediate level class that will teach you the basics of concealed carry laws and fundamentals, 5 step draw from the holster, reloads, malfunctions, single hand shooting, multiple targets, gun/gear selection, and employing your handgun for self-defense and defense of others.

About the Event
NRA Basic Pistol is a required prerequisite. You will get a look at great holster carry and concealment options from Long's Shadow Holster. You will also speak with US Law Shield about legal options, coverage, and plans. You will need your own "instructor approved" firearm, 150 rounds of ammunition, outside the waistband (rigid/kydex) holster, 3 magazines and holders, eyewear, and electronic hearing protection. If you cannot provide these items, they can be provided at an additional cost. (Firearm/Magazines/Holster $50 rental, Ammunition $2/round)
Course Syllabus:
Lesson 1: Firearm Safety (1 hour)
Lesson 2: Pistol Nomenclature and Selecting a Pistol for Self-Defense (1 hour)
Lesson 3: Ammunition Knowledge and Defensive Ammunition Selection (1 hour)
