CANCELLATION POLICY...

If a student needs to cancel or is unable to attend training for whatever reason, the payment for the training will only be authorized as a credit toward a future class/training.  Due to materials, time, and effort in accommodating students, there is no refund issued for students that cancel or otherwise do not attend training.  By registering and paying for training, each student is agreeing that they understand this policy and the money will not be refunded but instead offered as a credit for future training without additional fees, unless instructor needs additional fees for training or materials.  This policy is non-negotiable.
